Fascist Rudy and a Shitload of Penguins

The primary wars are in full flame, so I decided to post a few of my recent political cartoons which bring the focus back on the real enemy. Most of these haven't yet been published here at DailyKos.

I’m guessing that even Tom Stoppard couldn’t have come up with fictional characters as dislimned from reality as the corporeal creatures who inhabit the uppermost regions of our government.
Dubya's Optical Delusion
Mon Sep 10, 2007 at 07:12:36 PM PDT

This "political cartoon" is actually an optical illusion I created, based on an old optical trick that some of you may have seen before. The primary image is the Twin Towers in black silhouette, during the attacks six years go today, on September 11th, 2001.
But in the sky over the towers is a spectre that forms in the mind as an "after-image" when you stare at it.
To do the optical illusion, look at the top middle of the image -- in the weird shapes and symbols are two black "hearts" -- look at the four tiny black dots that run in a line between the hearts. Stare at the dots, very close, only about 6 inches from your screen. Keep your focus on the dots for 30 seconds. Then, look away from the monitor at a bright blank wall. Blink a few times and you will see the spectre that George W. Bush sees in the events of September 11th.

I'd been holding back on posting this latest political cartoon of mine, because I know somebody somewhere will feel that the imagery is too controversial.
But we have to go full ammo against these fucknuts. And it’s not like he didn’t open the door for it; I’m only using his own words against him.

All you artists and political cartoonists and poets and photographers and short-fiction writers now have less than one week (yikes !) to send in your submissions for the very first Artists’ "Chap-Book" which is being compiled, as we speak, by our esteemed colleague cosmic debris.
The deadline for submissions is June 15th, folks !

(Cartoon continues Below the Fold...)
This is a cartoon that originally ran several weeks ago, on a Vermont State Democratic Blog called greenmountaindaily.
The text for this cartoon was essentially written by the one and only Kagro X, who, as I’m sure everyone has duly noted over the past few months, has been utterly ripping it up during his tenure on the Front Page.

Five Political Cartoons That Escaped
Thu Feb 15, 2007 at 01:23:46 PM PDT

Here are five political cartoons that I have left over from last year.
Things had gotten quite hectic for me leading up to the holidays, and I have recently moved, so I never published these particular images. But I put quite a lot of work into them, and the fact is, though political cartoons often have a sadly short shelf-life, these particular ones (unfortunately) still seem pertinent.
The one appearing on the right was a piece of a rather involved rant about The American Enterprise Institute, and their new line of products.
(Because, when you live in a neoconical utopian dream-world, manufacturing kitchen appliances is entirely akin to military planning; that's what makes them so innovative.)
Four more below the fold....
John Doolittle Is A Pimp
Sat Nov 04, 2006 at 06:31:04 AM PDT
Republican Congressman John Doolittle (CA-04) has served in the House of Representatives since 1991. Previously, he had earned a degree from McGeorge School of Law, going on to a distinguished career in the California State Senate. It was there that he exhibited early signs of courage and leadership, one notable example being his valorous attempt to designate square-dancing as the "official dance" of California.
But there's something else that rounds out Mr. Doolittle's already impressive resume.

John Doolittle is a pimp.
