So THIS is what the diary editor looks like! I've always wondered where that strange unexplored link would lead to - it looks comfortably familiar. ;-)

Though this is my first diary on DKos (many thanks to TexDem for inviting me to fill in), I've actually been on the internets since the 90's back when the biggest thing in web browsing was Netscape Navigator - before YouTube, CNN, Amazon, Netflix, blogging, banner/popup ads, e-mail spam, MMORPGs, IMs, cable modems...back when 14k and 28k modems were standard, 56k modems were a rumored new upcoming technology, and the latest website design craze was (drumroll please): frames!  

All the cool sites had them.

Now we have the likes of Daily Kos. The internets have come a long way and never looked so good!
